Full scope of services
Everything happens under one roof
Cutting is where most jobs start, not where they finish. Keeping every step in house — through machining, welding and paint — means fewer handoffs, shorter lead times and one shop accountable for the part in your hand.
Laser cutting
Two fiber optic lasers — 12,000 watt on a 6 ft × 12 ft sheet cutting to 1 1/2 in, and 4,000 watt on 5 ft × 10 ft.
Plasma, shear & saw
400 XHD high definition plasma to 3 in on a 10 ft × 22 ft table, two shears and an 18 in saw.
Forming
CNC press brakes at 170 and 120 ton on 12 ft beds, high speed stamping to 2,400 pieces per minute, punching, plate and tube rolling.
Machining
CNC milling and turning, plus manual milling and turning up to 10 ft in length.
Welding & fabrication
MIG, TIG and laser welding, complete fabrication and repair work.
Painting
Finished in house in our own spray booths — 12 ft × 25 ft and 16 ft × 30 ft.
Engineering
SOLIDWORKS, Inventor, Fusion 360 and DraftSight modelling.
